Nous recherchons pour restaurants étoilé Michelin au Royaume Uni des Sommelier de tous niveaux . Niveau d'anglais courant exigé.

We are looking for a dynamic individual with excellent knowledge of wines, and of creating wine lists and WSET Level 3 or equivalent qualification. Previous experience in UK and fluent in English is essential.
Applicants for the position must have:-
• Proven track record within a Quality Hotel environment, to at least three Rosette’s level and above.
• Supervisory skills with the ability to train and develop others
• Computer literate
• Well presented, polite and friendly nature, exemplary customer care skills
• Flexibility, enthusiastic, motivated and excellent team relationships
• A knowledge of cheese, cigars, liqueurs an advantage
