Description du poste

As a Restaurant Manager for Casa Poncho, your responsibilities include:
• Managing day to day outlet operations and staff for the restaurant – including overseeing the kitchen and bar teams.
• Ensuring the outlet meets high services standards
• Regular consolidation of sales, cash management and supplier invoices.
• Ensuring cost control policies and procedures are followed and all staff comply with rules.
• Ensuring all inventories are well kept, organized and accounted for.

Job Requirements
• Must have the ability to oversee teams in a busy restaurant whilst delivering impeccable service and attention to details.
• Able to delegate tasks efficiently and fairly among employees.
• Able to mentor team members to achieve excellent service for outlets and improve profit margin for the organization.
• Ability to provide proposals for large private groups and corporate events
• Ensure safety and cleanliness of the workplace.
• Problem solver and has passion to think out of the box to achieve desires outcome.
• Passion for the F&B industry
• Excellent service attitude – customer oriented and can maintain high level of service standards
• Team player able to manage people effectively


As a Sommelier Manager for 13% Gastro Wine, your responsibilities include:
• Responsible for wine recommendations and pairings for customers
• Responsible for stock-taking of wines and replenishing of stock
• Managing day to day outlet operations and staff

Job Requirements
• Good knowledge of all major wine producing regions including appellation specific information and wine making legislation
• Good knowledge of food and understanding restaurant menus
• Good knowledge of wine pairings
• Ability to understand clientele’s different wine tastes and preferences
• Ability to manage restaurant operations including cash handling, inventory, and achieving sales targets
• Ability to provide proposals for large private groups and corporate events
• Able to educate customers and deliver wine masterclasses on a regular basis
• Passion for the F&B industry
• Good service attitude – customer oriented
• Sociable and people oriented
• Tactful and courteous
• Team player able to manage people effectively
• Responsible for team management including shift scheduling, training, performance and supervision.

Profil recherché

• High school diploma
• Prior experience working in a restaurant
• At least 2 to 3 years bartender experience minimum
• Advance knowledge of beer, wine and spirits, and familiarity with standard drink recipes
• Walk and stand during entire shift
• Be able to manipulate fingers, hands and arms to cut, measure, pour, serve, carry and wipe
• Be able to anticipate, hear and talk about our customer requirement
• Good close and distance vision and ability to adjust focus
